The implementation of Re-entry Action Plans (REAP) contribute in paving the way for more visible outcomes in identified organzational capacities.
The Facility Advisory Board (FAB) determines PAHRDF's strategic direction while functional issues are dealt with by the Facility Executive Committee (FEC). The Managing Contractor of the PAHRDF is Coffey International Development. in association with IDP Australia.
Funding is maintained for approximately 80 scholarships for postgraduate study and A$3 to A$4 million annually for customized short term training interventions since August 2004.
